MODX is sweet! I've been a big fan of ColdFusion for the longest time, however I can't pass MODX up when a fellow developer I work with stumbled across it. Based on PHP/MySQL, with a simple install one could be up and running with a really easy to use document tree in minutes.
This is a great place to find quality images. Many of them are released as free to use images.
By far the best and easiest to use Apache/MySQL/PHP setup for windows that I've used.
